| 摘 要： | 从一些主要影响因素对夹渣缺陷影响的仿真图出发 ,详细论述了各因素与球铁夹渣之间的关系。仿真表明 ,严格控制各化学成分及浇注温度可有效地消除夹渣 ,这对进一步揭示夹渣与影响因素的关系具有重要意义

| Abstract: | On the basis of the simulation figures for simulating the influence of some factors on slag defects, this paper discusses the relationship between the influence factors and the slag in ductile iron castings The simulation results show that the slag can be eliminated effectively by controlling chemical composition and pouring temperature The simulation method plays an important role in delineating the relationship between the influence factors and the slag in ductile iron castings |
