ECAP等径角挤压变形参数的研究

摘    要:等径角挤压(Equal Channel Angular Pressing, ECAP)是一种利用纯剪切变形细化晶粒的大塑性变形加工方法,已引起人们的极大关注.给出了等径角挤压变形过程中的主要工艺参数,包括有效应变、模具角度、变形途径、挤压速度、挤压温度、挤压道次、剪切方向等的选择对纳米材料的结构与性能的影响,并评述了等径角挤压变形过程的有限元模拟结果.

Abstract:Equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) is an effective route for refining coarse-grain size into submicrometer or nanometer regime, in which severe shear deformations occur while billets pass through the die. The effects of processing parameters of ECAP, including effective strain, die angle, strain paths, pressing speed and temperature, number of passes and shearing direction and so on, on the structures and properties of nanostructured materials are analyzed in this paper. Some achievements of finite element analysis of ECAP are also reviewed.
