CuCr机械合金化工艺的研究

摘    要:采用机械合金化方法由 Cu和 Cr单质粉 (按重量比 1∶ 1混粉 )合成 Cu Cr合金粉。采用 X-射线衍射测试粉末的物相组织 ,扫描电镜分析粉末的微观形貌、各成份的含量以及元素的面分布 ,着重分析机械合金化工艺参数对 Cu Cr机械合金化工艺的影响。结果表明 :球磨速度是影响 Cu Cr机械合金化工艺的主要因素 ,随球磨速度的增加 ,机械合金化效果显著 ;无论在各种不同的工艺参数的条件下 ,随球磨时间的延长 ,粉末都逐渐细化 ,Cu、Cr两相分布逐渐均匀 ,但合金化效果不明显 ;球料比对 Cu Cr机械合金化影响比较复杂 ,一般来说 ,在其它工艺参数相同的条件下 ,随球料比增加 ,机械合金化效果增强 ;只是在较长球磨时间下球料比为 1 0∶ 1时才出现突变

Abstract:The CuCr alloys powders (the weight ratio was 1:1) were made by mechanical alloying . Phase analysis was performed on the samples by X-ray diffraction . And the micro-shape of powders、composition amount and the element area distribution were analysed by SEM . The study of the effect of the technology parameters on the CuCr alloy powders by mechanical alloying was performed emphasisly . The results showed that grind speed was more important effect on the CuCr alloys of mechanical alloying , function of mechanical alloying increased as increasing grind speed ; In any technology parameters condition ,by increasing grind time , powders were got finer and finer , both Cu and Cr element were distributed evenly gradually , but alloying was no obvious ; The effect of the ball-material ratio on the CuCr alloys of mechanical alloying was complicated , general speaking : the function of mechanical alloying got strong by increasing ball-material ratio at the same parameters condition , on the contary at more grind time when the ball-material ratio was 10:1 .
