Ni-Co合金电铸工艺及性能研究

摘    要:通过 Ni- Co合金的电铸工艺试验 ,考察了电铸工艺对电铸合金层中钴含量的影响 ,并对电铸层进行了硬度、应力测试。实验结果表明 ,随镀液中钴含量和电铸温度的升高 ,合金电铸层中钴含量升高 ;随阴极电流密度的增大 ,合金电铸层中钴含量降低。合金电铸层硬度随电铸层中钴含量增加而升高 ;随电铸层中钴含量升高 ,合金电铸层中拉应力减小 ,有向压应力转化的趋势

Abstract:In this paper,the process of Ni Co alloy electroforming is studied.The influence of the electroforming process on Co 2+ content in the deposit is discussed.The hardness and inner stress of the deposit are measured.As the experiment results show,the Co 2+ content in the Ni Co alloy increases with the Co 2+ content in electrolyte and the electrolyte temperature,and decreases with the cathode current density.Thy experimental results also show that,the micro hardness of the deposit increases with the Co 2+ content in electrolyte and the electrolyte temperature,and decreased with the cathode current density.With the increase of the Co 2+ content in electrolyte and the temperature,the tensile stress decreases and tends to transform into compress stress.
