摘    要:研究了 Al3Ti/ ZL 10 1原位复合材料的制备工艺对增强相 Al3Ti形貌及力学性能的影响。并对所制备材料的显微组织、相结构及增强相的分布进行了比较深入的研究。研究结果表明 ,制备工艺对原位复合材料中增强体的尺寸及材料的力学性能有显著影响 ;增强相 Al3Ti的平均尺寸为 0 .5μm左右 ,均匀弥散地分布于α- Al晶粒内部

Abstract:The influence of the preparing technology of Al 3Ti/ZL101 in-situ composite on the shape of Al 3Ti reinforing phase and the mechanical properties of the composite was studied,and the microstructure,the phase configuration and the distribution of reinforcing phase of the prepared composite were also studied deeply.The researching results show that the size of the reinforcing phase and the mechanical properties of the composite are affected remarkably by the preparing technology,the average size of Al 3Ti reinforcing phase is about 0.5μm,and they distribute uniformly in α-Al crystals.
