摘    要:介绍了近几年颗粒增强高强度高导电Cu基复合材料的新型制造技术:真空混合铸造法、固-液直接反应法、混合合金法(Mixaloy)、反应喷射成形法的基本原理、工艺特点和典型性能,同时回顾了内氧化法、机械混合法、共沉淀法等传统的制造技术,分析了各种工艺的优缺点,并指出在进一步完善这些新型制造技术的同时,应建立与之相关的基本理论。

NEW PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES OF HIGH STRENGTH AND HIGH CONDUCT ELECTRICITY COPPER MATRIX COMPOSITES
Abstract:Some new production techiques of particulates reinforced high strength and high conduct electricity copper matrix composites are introduced in this paper. Basic priniciples, feature and property about these processings, such as vacuum compocast process, solid-liquid direct reaction, mixalloy process, reaction spray depositon are analysed. In the meantime, some traditional techniques, such as internal oxidation, coprecipitation and mechnical mixing are reviewed in the paper. The mert is and demertis of various techniques are compared. It is indicated that these new techniques need to be improved further and theories in relation with them need to be found.
