Ti-17合金热变形图与显微组织的对应关系

摘    要:基于Prasad等人提出的动态模拟材料模型,建立了T-17合金在温度805~945℃、应变速率0.001~80s(-1)范围内的热变形图。通过对能量耗散率η和组织变化分析,研究了组织稳定和失稳的参数范围。结果表明、热变形图与(α+β)区和β区变形所得的组织完全吻合。

Abstract:The correlation of hot processing map and microstructure of Ti-17(Ti-5A1-2Sn-2Zr-Cr-4Mo) alloy at the temperature range from 805℃ to 945℃, strain rate from 0.001s-1 to 80s-1 has been investigated based on the dynamic modeling of material behavior proposed by Y.V.R.K. Prasad. With the discussion of the efficiency of power dissipation and merostructure evolution, the optimum hot working parameters deformed in both alpha-deta region and deta region are identified. As expected, the resulting microstructure is consist with the hot processing map.
