镁合金塑性变形机制的研究进展

摘    要:综述镁及镁合金室温塑性变形的滑移和孪生机制的研究进展,总结镁合金塑性变形机制的研究状况。结果表明,强化孪生、降低c/a比值和细化晶粒,能提高变形镁合金的室温塑性。通过对现有研究成果的归纳和总结,指出提高镁合金塑性变形性能的有效途径,对高性能变形镁合金材料的研制及镁合金加工工艺优化具有指导意义。

Abstract:This paper reviews the research on slip and twinning mechanisms of plastic deformation in magnesium and its alloy at room temperature and summarizes the development in plastic deformation of magnesium alloy.It can be concluded that the plas- ticity of magnesium alloy at room temperature may be improved by twin strengthening,c/a ratio reduction and grain refinement.
