高硅铝合金缸套材料摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:采用坦克专用机油润滑的往复式摩擦磨损试验方法,分别进行喷射沉积高硅铝合金缸套材料与发动机成品活塞环材料摩擦配副的油品试验、与各类成品活塞环材料的摩擦配副试验。摩擦配副的油品试验结果表明,低温型油品润滑比高温型及通用型油品润滑的磨损量、摩擦因数均小;活塞环摩擦配副试验结果表明,高硅铝合金磨损量及摩擦因数均较小,其中与准126激光陶瓷活塞环、磷化YH31活塞环摩擦配副效果更优。分析表明,高硅铝合金的摩擦学机制是软基体上分布的高硬度质点相起到耐磨与支撑作用,软基体磨下的凹坑具有储油与润滑作用。

Abstract:Through the reciprocating friction and wear method,and with tank special lubricating oil,wear experiments of spray-formed high-silicon aluminium are investigated with friction pair of engine piston ring and other piston rings.For friction pair of engine piston ring,wearing capacity and friction coefficient of high-silicon aluminium alloy are lower under low temperature oil lubrication than that under high temperature oil and general oil lubrication.For friction pair of other piston rings,both wearing capaci...
