细晶铸造K4169合金微观组织对力学性能的影响

摘    要:比较细晶铸造工艺和普通铸造工艺获得的K4169合金的组织和力学性能,借助于光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等手段,分析两种工艺所获得的合金的金相组织、断口形貌以及组织中相成分,并探究两种工艺获得的合金组织对力学性能的影响。结果表明:用热控法获得的K4169细晶合金,细晶铸造组织为细小均匀的等轴晶,且组织中Laves相和δ相的数量比普通铸造获得的合金少很多,碳化物数量略多;细晶铸造K4169合金在不同温度下,其拉伸强度、屈服强度比普通铸造要高,塑性稍低;持久强度却有很大的提高,是普通铸造的3.5倍左右,细晶铸造K4169合金具有良好的强度和韧性等综合力学性能。

Abstract:The aim of this article is to achieve the fine crystalline K4169 alloy, then employ OM ,SEM ,EDS to discuss the contribution of fine grain casting technique to mechanical property through comparing with that of the common casting alloy. The microstructures analysis and the properties test show that the fine grain ahoy by using thermal control method possesses more fine homogeneous equiaxed crystal, less Laves phase and 8 phase, and superior mechanical property.
