熔铸装药过程缩孔缩松的预测及工艺优化

摘    要:为研究熔铸工艺对药柱质量的影响,采用数值模拟方法预测了熔铸装药过程中药柱内缩孔、缩松的形成情况。模拟不同浇注温度下缩孔、缩松的大小,分析其形成原因,模拟弹体下部水冷+冒口弹体上部预热保温法对药柱缩孔、缩松的消除效果。结果表明:能够保证液体炸药充满药室的最低浇注温度为最佳,弹体下部水冷+冒口弹体上部预热保温法可以有效减少缩孔、缩松;当预热温度为80℃,能够完全消除药柱内的宏观缩孔、缩松缺陷。

Prediction of shrinkage porosity and process optimization during explosive casting process
Abstract:In order to study the effect of casting process on the quality of explosive,formation of shrinkage porosity in explosive was predicted by numerical simulation method during explosive casting process. The size of shrinkage porosity under different pouring temperature was simulated,and formation reasons were analyzed. The elimination effect of shrinkage porosity in explosive by method of water-cooling projectile bottom and warming-up riser and projectile top was simulated. The results show that the lowest pouring temperature,at which liquid explosive can fill chamber,is best,and the method of water-cooling projectile bottom and warming-up riser and projectile top can effectively reduce shrinkage porosity. Shrinkage porosity in explosive can be completely eliminated when preheating temperature is 80 ℃.
