差压铸造ZL205A合金的组织及性能研究

摘    要:采用差压铸造工艺制备ZL205A合金试样,对其进行力学性能、金相组织和断口形貌等测试分析。结果表明,该试样的抗拉强度495 MPa和伸长率12%均高于用低压铸造和重力铸造法制备的,且合金内部组织细化、无缩孔和疏松等铸造缺陷,拉伸试样断口呈韧性断裂。

Abstract:Samples of ZL205A alloy were prepared by counter-pressure casting process.Mechanical property,microstructure and fracture morphology of the samples were analyzed.The results show that comparing with the same alloy by low-pressure casting and gravity casting,tensile strength and elongation of ZL205A alloy by counter-pressure casting are higher.Moreover,the microstructure is finer and free of casting defects of porosity,and its fracture exhibits ductile fracture characteristic.
