摘    要:制备不同Sr含量的挤压态AZ31-xSr(x=0,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%)合金试样,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、材料试验机等观察、测试合金的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明:未添加Sr的AZ31镁合金挤压变形后有相当部分的晶粒呈长条状分布而未发生动态再结晶,晶粒尺寸较大;添加少量的Sr可细化挤压态AZ31合金的组织。随着Sr含量的增加,室温和高温力学性能呈先升后降趋势,最高点在Sr的质量分数为0.8%;与无Sr的AZ31合金相比,室温和150℃时的抗拉强度提高约11.5%,15.7%,屈服强度提高约14.9%,40.2%。

Abstract:Extruded AZ31-xSr(x=0,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%) magnesium alloys were prepared.Microstructures and phases of as-cast and extruded specimens were observed and analyzed with metallographic microscope,SEM and XRD.Mechanical properties were tested by material testing machine.It is found that grains of extruded AZ31 alloy are long strip and dynamic recrystallization does not happen when Sr is not added.Adding a small amount of Sr,grains of extruded AZ31 alloy become fine and dynamic recrystallization happens.With the incr...
