自紧-时效圆筒残余应力与强度的研究(Ⅱ)──精加工圆筒的残余应力与强度

摘    要:文中基于理想弹-塑性模型,进一步对精加工自紧-时效圆筒的应力状态作了分析,导出了残余应力公式以及自紧-时效身管的强度公式。计算了模拟管残余应力和强度,并与Sachs镗削法测定的结果作了比较。结果表明,二者吻合较好,从而证实了上述残余应力公式与强度计算公式的可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the ideal elastic-plastic model, the stre:distributions of finished autefretlage-ageing cylir ders are analyzed in the basis of the first-step work , the formulae of the residual stress and strength of thecylinders are deduced. The residual stress and the strength of imitative bassels are calculated and compared with those determined by using theSaohs boxing-out procedure. It is found that the results obtained bycalculations and experiments are coincident well,therfore the reliatility of the formulae of the residual stress and the strength is confirmed
