摘    要:采用化学镀或PVD的方法在基材沉积Ni金属层 ,Ni层与纳米晶金属粉涂层构成的复合涂层应用于三维伪装网时 ,该复合涂层具有厚度薄、面密度小、吸波频带宽、吸波性能好的特点 ,在 2~ 18GHz频率范围内最小反射率达到 - 18.2 4dB。

Abstract:Nickel layer was prepared on the surface of the base material through method of electroless plating or PVD with thickness of 1.5-2.0μm.When nickel layer was combined with nanocrystalline material layer; a macroscopic multi- layer was constructed.This composite layer has excellent wave absorbing ability when it is used on the surface of 3D camouflage mat with thickness of 0.15mm,and has lowest reflection of -18.24dB within the range from 2GHz to 18GHz.
