中锰铸钢疲劳裂纹扩展行为研究

摘    要:采用疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验方法中的紧凑拉伸试验 (CT试验 ) ,得到了中锰铸钢疲劳裂纹扩展速率的数学表达式 ;用 SEM和微区相结构测试技术分析了中锰铸钢在疲劳裂纹扩展过程中的行为特点。研究表明 ,中锰奥氏体铸钢在疲劳裂纹扩展过程中 ,裂纹尖端将由应变诱发奥氏体向马氏体转变并伴有相变塑性产生 ,从而延缓了裂纹的扩展速率

Abstract:Compact Tension Method (CT test) was used to investigate the crack growth behavior of a medium manganese cast steel and accordingly a regression expression for crack growth rate is obtained based on the test data.SEM and Microzone Phase Structure Analysis (MPSA) help to describe the process of fatigue crack growth of the steel.The result shows that the transformation plasticity produced at the crack tip during the strain induced transformation from austenite to martensite lowers the crack growth rate.
