| 摘 要： | 电子束焊活塞顶圈毛坯对无损检测技术提出了多方面的要求。研究及实际应用表明：采用超声波五探头水浸检测法，可对活塞顶圈毛坯内冷油道位置、镶环结合质量及薄弱区域的铸造缺陷进行全面检测，从而保证顶圈毛坯质量。

| Abstract: | Many nondestructive testing reqtilrments in pre-machined crown ring for electron-beam welding piston arc presented,Researck andpractical use show that the position of cooling oil grcove and the bondquality of ring carrier as well as the casting flaws in weak area of pre-machined crown ring can be inspected using ultrasonic immersion lestingmethod with 5 probes, thereby which ensules the uality of erown ring. |
