不锈铁基形状记忆合金的相变和形状记忆效应

摘    要:采用拉伸形变研究了Fe-Cr-Ni-Mn-si合金的形状记忆效应,并藉助于X 射线衍射、光学金相和透射电镜研究了形变过程中所发生的相变,结果表明,在室温拉伸形变过程中随形变量的不同,除形变诱发ε和α'马氏体外,还形成了大量的形变孪晶,当拉伸形变量在2%以内时,可获得良好的形状记忆效应,其记忆效应除来源于形变诱发Aε-M外,还来源于形变过程中产生大量的形变孪晶在回复过程中的消失或减少。

Abstract:The shape menmory effect(SME)of stainless iron-based shape memory alloy(SM A)Fe-Cr-Ni-Mn-Si has been studied with tensile deformation,The phase transition during deformation process has been investigated preliminarily by means of X-ray diffraction,optical and transmission electron mieroscopic analysis.The experimental results show that the deformation formed a great deal of deformation twin,besides the deformation induced and α‘martensite with difference of deformation magnitude。The better SME can be obtained during tensile deformation within 2%。The SME comes from a great deal of deformation twin produced during deformation process and their disappearance orpecrease in the tecovery process,besides coming from defomationinduced A ε martensite。
