摘    要:为分析整形器对入射波形的影响规律,以紫铜T2材料为研究对象,在14.5 mmSHPB试验设备上开展整形器的直径和厚度、撞击杆速度和长度改变对入射波形状影响规律研究。结果表明:直径增大,整形器的广义强度增大,导致第1个拐点T1提高;厚度增加,整形器受冲击压缩应变率降低、压缩时间增加,拐点T1降低,拐点T2右移;撞击杆速度提高使第1个拐点T1提高,拐点T2位置左移;撞击杆长度对整形器调整入射波形状不产生影响,整形器吸收能量相同。

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of shaper on incident waveform,red-copper T2 was used as research object,and the experiments parameters affecting the incident pulse shape,i.e.,shaper diameter,shaper thickness,striker bar length,striker bar velocity,were studied by means of the 14.5 mm SHPB experimental equipment.The results show that the general strength of the pulse shaper increases with the increase of shaper diameter,and the height of the first inflection point T,increases.With the increase of shaper thickness,the strain rate of the pulse shaper under impact compression decreases and the compression time increases,the inflection point T,gradually decreases and the inflection point T2 gradually moves to the right.The height of the inflection point T,and the position of the inflection point T2 increase with the increase of the striker bar velocity,but the length of the impact rod does not affect the adjustment of the incident waveform,and the energy absorbed by the pulse shaper is the same.
