纳米氧化铟锡掺杂的有机玻璃电导率及复介电常数的研究

摘    要:采用Aglient 4294A阻抗分析仪对纳米氧化铟锡粉掺杂的有机玻璃在40Hz~110MHz进行测试,并采用五种等效电路图进行拟合,找出最佳电路图,由该电路图计算出此材料的基本电磁参数(如电导率、复介电常数等),并对其影响因素进行简要讨论。

Abstract:Nano - ITO doped PMMA was tested at 40Hz ~ 110MHz using Aglient 4294A impedance analyzer. The optimizedcircuit was searched out through imitating five equivalent circuits, by which the basis electromagnetism parameters of thematerial were calculated out, and the factors of affecting electromagnetism parameters were discussed, too.
