磷含量对超高压水晶釜体用钢冲击功的影响

摘    要:对超高压人造水晶釜体用钢的磷含量与冲击功的关系进行了试验研究,并对生产中的釜体进行了数理统计分析,建立了磷含量与屈服强度、冲击功的关系式,确定生产屈服强度σ0.2≥960MPa、夏比V型缺口冲击功AKV≥34J的超高压人造水晶釜4级釜体,钢中磷含量界限控制在≤0.015%范围内,钢对回火脆化不敏感,能够满足超高压人造水晶釜的设计和安全使用要求。

Abstract:We mad e tests and research about the effect of the phoshporus content of steel for super high pressure artificial crystal generating vessel body on impact resistance and we made much mathematic and physical statistics and analysis about the vessel body being manufactured,Eventually we established the equation of phosphorus cnotent to yield strength and impact resistance and found that when a super high pressure artificial crystal generating vessel body Grade 4 with yield strength σ0.2≥960MPa and charpy Vnotch impact resistance AKV≥34J is produced,the steel was less sensitive to embrittlement caused by tempering and the requirements for the design and the safe operation of the crystal generating vessel could be met if the phosphorus content in the steel is controlled within the range of≤0.015%.
