摘    要:利用X -射线应力仪和扫描电镜分别测试、观察了 4Cr13线材轧后不同冷却速率下表面宏观应力和微观组织。研究结果表明表面裂纹是因冷却速率过快所造成的。

Abstract:The surface macro-stress and microstructure of the rolled 4Cr13 wire cooled at different cooling rate were tested and observed by means of X-ray stress instrument and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively. The results indicate that the emerging surface crackle are due to the too rapid cooling rate.
