摘    要:针对小汽车变速箱小模数焊接齿轮环焊缝检测中内孔面尺寸小,无法进行手工检测的问题,开展小模数焊接齿轮环焊缝超声自动检测技术研究,并开发自动检测系统,提高了检测效率,保证检测质量。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of being unable to test the ring welding line of small modulus gear by handwork ultrasonic testing due to small size,the automatic ultrasonic testing technology was studied and the automatic ultrasonic testing system was developed to improve the testing efficiency,thus the testing quality was guaranteed.
