多孔钴铬钼合金的上压渗流铸造工艺研究

摘    要:将多孔钴铬钼合金材料用于人工活性骨的骨架材料。利用快速成型技术制得拟替换的骨骼的原型,再利用自行筛 选的两种填料颗粒以及上压渗流铸造工艺来制备多孔钴铬钼合金,探讨其制备的工艺参数。试验表明,采用该方法可以获 得连通性好和较高孔隙率的多孔钴铬钼合金,为其在人工骨骨架方面的应用研究打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:The porous Co-Cr-Mo alloy material are used as got-up active bones. The rapid prototyping technology is used to produce the bones' prototype that plans to be displaced. The molten mould casting technology, two kinds of padding granules and vacuum centrifugal infiltration foundry technology are used to produce porous Co-Cr-Mo alloy, the technical parameters of this method are studied in this paper. The experiment indicates that using this method can obtain porous Co-Cr-Mo alloy with good connectivity and high porosity, and this lays a good foundation for the alloy to be used in the got-up active bone.
