摘    要:利用非水溶液电解法提取夹杂物和观测疲劳断口上疲劳源处夹杂物的方法收集夹杂物尺寸的数据,通过统计极值法计算某一体积的EA4T钢中的最大夹杂物尺寸,以此对该体积的EA4T钢进行疲劳强度预测。两种方法推算的结果与真实值差别较大,提取夹杂物方法推算出的疲劳极限下限值高于观测疲劳断口上疲劳源处夹杂物方法推算的结果。

Abstract:The inclusion size data statistic was collected from inclusion at fatigue crack initiation site and inclusion obtained by means of electrolysis of nonaqueous solution.The maximum inclusion size in a certain volume of EA4T steel was calculated by statistics of extreme value method,and the fatigue strength was forecasted by the maximum inclusion size.The two results are quite different from the real results,and the fatigue strength lower limit calculated by the inclusion statistic from the fatigue crack initiation site is less than that from the electrolysis of nonaqueous solution.
