激光视觉焊缝跟踪系统的研究

摘    要:研制了一套适合大厚板结构激光和CCD(电荷偶合器件)视觉的焊缝跟踪系统。通过减光和窄带滤光较清晰地获取了焊接情况下的接头激光图象,采用Vicual C++语言建立了一套激光图象实时采集处理软件系统,建立了焊缝跟踪实验系统。通过对平板对接焊缝不同轨迹的跟踪实验结果表明,跟踪误差小于±0.5mm。

Abstract:ln this paper, a set of welded seam tracing system of the structural laser and the CCD vision which is applicable for thick plate is studied. By decreasing light and narrowing light - filter s band laser image of welded joint can be obtained in weld situation. With the use of Visual C ++,a set of soft system of laser image real - time collecting process and welded seam tracing experiment system were set up. The experiment shows that the tracing accuracy is no more than ±0. 5mm.
