摘    要:利用消失模铸造法制备了表面耐磨合金材料,并研究了其组织与性能.结果表明铸渗合金层由表向内,碳化物类型由M7C3型向M3C型转变,硬度逐渐降低,碳化物含量逐渐减少;热处理后,碳化物含量和材料硬度增加,但铸渗层由外向里碳化物含量与硬度逐渐降低及碳化物由M7C3型向M3C型转变这一趋势不变.

Abstract:Wear-resistant alloying layers were prepared on the surfaces of castings by using Evaporable Pattern Casting process, the microstructures and properties of the layers were also investigated. The results show that from the outside to inside of the alloying layers, the carbide type transforms from M 7C 3 to M 3C, and the carbide content and the hardness of them decrease gradually; after being heat-treated, the carbide content and the hardness of the alloying layers increase, while the phenomena that the carbide type changes and the carbide content and the hardness of the layers decrease gradually remain unchanged.
