N型热电材料ZnO热压烧结工艺研究

摘    要:经实验摸索再经均匀试验和正交试验研究,找出了热电材料ZnO的热压烧结工艺。试验结果表明:所用的热压烧结工艺可明显地降低压制压力、烧结温度及缩短烧结时间,具有显著的活化烧结功效;且可保持原有的组织结构。热压烧结体组织疏松、有较多的孔隙,是降低热导率提高热电性能的有效措施和良好结果。

Abstract:The hot-press sintering process of the thermoelectric materials ZnO was confirmed by use of the uniform experiment and the orthogonal experiment. The experimental results showed that because of the function of activate sintering in the hot-pressing experiment,the sintering temperature,pressing pressure and sintering time were decreased obviously, and the phase didn’t change. The thermoelectric property could be improved by the hot-pressing process because of having a lot of the small holes and loose construction in blank sample.
