碳纤维的化学镀镍及其复合材料

摘    要:提出一种有较高沉镍速率和稳定性的碳纤维化学镀技术,研究了镀液的成分对沉镍速率的影响。结果表明,用该技术能在碳纤维表面镀上一层均匀、连续的镍膜。镀镍碳纤维的拉伸强度极限接近于未镀镍碳纤维的强度极限。用镀镍碳纤维制备的铝基复合材料,没有发现明显的界面反应。

Abstract:An electroless deposition technique on carbon fiber with high nickel deposition rate and stability was presented, the influence of the electroless bath components on the nickel deposition rate was studied. The results showed that it is possible to deposit a uniform and continuous nickel film on the surface of carbon fiber with this technique. For continuously nickel coated fibers, the ultimate tensile strengths were near to uncoated fibers. In aluminum matrix composite, prepared by nickel coated fibers, no appreciable fiber-aluminum interaction was observed.
