高温钢管包覆金属橡胶的散热过程计算机仿真

摘    要:用计算机仿真技术研究高温钢管包覆金属橡胶的散热过程。用Inventor建模软件构建模型,相关参数作为输入项导入APDL仿真平台,划分网格构建有限元模型。结果表明:固定时长内,未包覆金属橡胶的散热过程温度变化范围为89~98℃,包覆后为15~98℃,散热由内到外;不同温度、振幅、频率下,金属橡胶包覆高温钢管散热效果良好。

Abstract:The heat dissipation process of high temperature steel tube coated with metal rubber was studied by computer simulation technology.The high temperature steel tube coated with metal rubber model was constructed with Inventor modeling software.The relevant parameters in the model were imported into APDL simulation platform as input items,and the finite element model was constructed by gridding.The simulation results show that the temperature variation range of heat dissipation process of the high-temperature steel tube without metal rubber coating is 89-98℃ during a fixed period of time,and that of heat dissipation process of the high-temperature steel tube coated with metal rubber is 15-98℃ from inside to outside.Under the influence of different temperatures,amplitudes and frequencies,the high temperature steel tube coated with metal rubber maintains good heat dissipation effect.
