微波烧结对93W-Ni-Fe合金微观组织和力学性能的影响

摘    要:微波烧结与传统烧结在加热原理上有着本质的区别。在钨合金传统烧结方式的基础上引入微波烧结这一新式烧结技术,对准φ30 mm×110 mm 93W-Ni-Fe合金坯料微波烧结工艺进行探索,研究加热方式对93W-Ni-Fe合金密度、硬度、金相组织和力学性能的影响。试验表明:微波烧结试样组织均匀、细小,钨颗粒明显小于传统烧结水平;径向性能分布均匀;微波加热能达到常规尺寸钨合金的透烧深度,但仍存在一定烧结缺陷。。

Abstract:The heating principle of microwave sintering(MS)is fundamentally different from that of conventional sintering(CS).This study introduced the new technology-MS on the basis of CS,probed the MS sintering technology of φ30 mm×110 mm 93W-Ni-Fe alloy ingots,and compared the effects of two heating modes on the hardness,grain size,mierostrueture and mechanical properties.The experiments show that the microwave sintered samples have even-distributed fine microstructure and tungsten particles ale obviously smaller than that of CS.In terms of equally distributed radial property of MS,microwave heating can come up to the completely sintered depth of conventional size of tungsten alloy.It's necessary to optimize the present microwave sintering technology because some defects of sintering still exist in the sintered samples.
