Cr-Mo-V系炮钢的冷脆性

摘    要:以37CrNi3MoV钢作对比,对Cr-Mo-V系炮钢的冷脆性做了系统的试验研究。结果表明,与传统的能量法和FATT法相比,采用示波冲击法以裂纹扩展功随温度下降而降低到临界(最低)值所对应的温度作为钢的韧脆转变温度,能确切反映出钢已失去抗裂纹扩展能力从而由韧性转变为脆性状态的温度,这是研究冷脆性的较为合理而可靠的方法。用此法衡量,Cr-Mo-V系炮钢的韧脆转变温度较37CrNi3MoV钢为高,冷脆倾向较大。此问题应加以研究解决。

Abstract:The p per reports an investigation if low temperature brittlement of gun steels of Cr-Mo-V system compared with gun steel 37CrN13MoV by means of Charpy impact test with osillograph to display and record the deformation course of the steel. The results show that the ductile-brittle transition temperature obtained by the decreasing of crack spread energy of the steel accompanying tempe ature to a critical lowest value can truely show that the steel has reached brittle condition. To determine low temperature brittlement of the steel by such criterion is more reliable than that of Charpy impact energy and FATT method,The ductile brittle transition temperature f gun steels of Cr-Mo-V system determined by the crieri n monitored above is higher that of 37CrNi3MoV steel,so the former has tronger low temperature brittle tendency than the latter. A technology for improving the low temperature toughness and lowering the ductile brittle temperature of Cr-Mo-V steels has been recommended.
