YG20C硬质合金的SPS烧结工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交试验优化YG20C硬质合金的SPS烧结工艺,研究烧结温度、烧结时间和烧结压力对材料性能的影响,并制备硬质合金。结果表明:YG20C硬质合金粉末经1 070℃×15 min×60 MPa最佳工艺烧结后,WC晶粒细小均匀地分布在Co基体上,致密度达到99.4%,硬度达到89.2HRA,比传统真空烧结提高2~3HRA。

Abstract:Sintering process of P/M YG20C cemented carbide was optimized by the orthogonal test.Cemented carbide was prepared by the optimal sintering process and the influence of sintering temperature,sintering time,and sintering pressure on properties of the material was analysed.The results show that fine and uniform grains of WC distribute on Co matrix,the relative density and hardness of YG20C cemented carbide are 99.4% and 89.2HRA after sintering with 1 070 ℃×15 min×60 MPa.The hardness increases by 2-3HRA compared with traditional vacuum sintering process.
