摘    要:研究10CrNiCu钢靶板在亚弹速范围内受平头弹冲击条件下的侵彻过程,讨论了应力条件对损伤和断裂的影响。结果表明:在平头弹侵彻条件下,弹孔壁材料的形变强化规律可近似用负指数规律描述;靶板内形成大量剪切带、微裂纹等形式的损伤,导致靶板发生变形和冲塞破坏;裂纹按微孔聚集型机制扩展。

Abstract:Damage and fracture of 10CrNiCu steel plate penetrated by flat-ended projectiles have been studied in this paper.The results indicate deformation hardening rule of the material around the crater is approximately described with the exponential decay.Deformation and fracture of steel plate due to lots of shearing band and micro-crack nucleated in interface with fracture mechanisms of microvoid nucleation,growth and coalescence.
