磁力搅拌-化学沉积Ni-P-SiC镀层的工艺研究

摘    要:为改善金属零件的耐磨性能,用磁力搅拌-化学沉积法在45钢表面制备Ni-P-SiC镀层,利用正交实验对其制备工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,SiC粒子的添加量、搅拌速度和镀液pH值对磁力搅拌-化学沉积Ni-P-SiC镀层的磨损量有较大影响。正交实验分析可知,磁力搅拌-化学沉积Ni-P-SiC镀层的最佳工艺参数为:SiC的质量浓度10 g/L,搅拌速度300 r/min,pH值5.5。

Abstract:Ni-P-SiC coatings were prepared by magnetic stirring-electroless plating on 45 steel for improving the wear resistance of base metal.The optimized parameters were confirmed by orthogonal experimental analysis.The results show that plating parameters for preparing Ni-P-SiC coatings,including SiC contents,stirring rate and pH value,have great effect on the wear resistance of coatings.The optimized parameters are listed as follows: SiC contents 10 g/L,stirring rate 300 r/min and pH 5.5.
