氢在钢的碱脆断裂中的作用

摘    要:对比了30CrMnMoTiA钢在酸性、中性、碱性溶液中的应力腐蚀(SCC)实验结果和极化曲线阴极析氢过程。测定了65Mn钢在碱性发蓝过程中的吸氢量。表明氢在钢的碱脆断裂中起着重要作用,钢的碱脆断裂属于氢致断裂,其断裂模型不同于钢在酸性、中性溶液中的氢致断裂模型。

Abstract:SCC experiment results and the cathode separating hydrogen of 30CrMnMoTiA steel were compared in acid, neutral, and alkaline aqueous solution. The absorbing hydrogen capacity of 65Mn steel was determined in alkaline oxidation. It indicates that the hydrogen plays an important role in caustic embrittlement of steel, induces cra cking, but the model of hydrogen induced cracking of steel in concentrated alkaline solution at high temperature is different from the model of hydrogen induced cracking of steel in H 2SO 4 solution and NaCl solution.
