摘    要:研究了 3DC/SiC复合材料在高温燃气环境中氧化 9h后的力学性能 ,重点研究了燃气中不同温度对C/SiC复合材料力学性能的影响。将长条形C/SiC试样置于发动机喷管出口处的燃气火焰中进行氧化 ,距离燃气中心较近区域的温度高达 12 5 0℃ ,而火焰边缘的温度在 80 0~ 10 0 0℃范围内。氧化 9h后 ,在火焰边缘的C/SiC试样的抗弯强度和断裂功大幅度降低 ;而靠近火焰中心的部分表现出较高的力学性能。C/SiC复合材料在燃气火焰不同区域中的不同力学性能是同氧化温度对SiC基体微裂纹的影响导致的。

Abstract:The oxidation behavior of a SiC-sealed 3D C/SiC composite was investigated ofter being oxidized for 9h in the high-velocity flame of a burner rig. The emphasis was the influence of different temperature in the different areas of the burner-rig flame on the mechanical properties of C/SiC composites. The flexure strength and fracture work of the C/SiC bar in the flame edge where the flame temperature was in the range of 800~1000℃degraded greatly. However,the C/SiC bar near the flame center, where the temperature was as high as 1250℃, showed higher mechanical properties. The difference between the mechanical properties of C/SiC in the different areas of the flame resulted from the influence of oxidation temperture on the width of the microcrack in SiC matrix.
