Fe/SiC金属基复合材料的研究

摘    要:研究了一种新型的Fe/SiC金属基复合材料的界面反应和烧结机理 ,并分析了工艺过程及参数对材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,在 1 0 50℃左右烧结时能有效控制界面反应 ;界面反应及材料的烧结以固相扩散为主 ;碳化硅粒子表面涂覆金属镀层及基体合金化既能有效改善界面结合又能提高材料的力学性能 ,尤其是耐磨性的提高最为显著。

Abstract:The interface reaction and sintering mechanisms of a new Fe/SiC metal matrix composite (MMC) have been studied. The effects of the processing technological parameters on the properties of the material were analyzed. The results show that:the interface reaction can be effectively controlled when sintering at 1050℃. The principal mechanism of the interface reaction and the sintering of the composite is solid diffusion,and the interface binding and mechanical properties of the MMC can be improved remarkably by plating SiC particles with metal and matrix alloying, especially the wear resistance of the MMC.
