摘    要:综述了近年来Bi2O3基固体电解质材料的研究进展情况。概述了Bi2O3基固体电解质材料的一般性质及掺杂剂对材料性能(特别是相成分和电导率)的影响,并对此材料抗老化相变的研究情况进行了总结。同时针对固体氧化物燃料电池的应用特点,提出了今后在Bi2O3基电解质研究中应重视的几个问题。

Abstract:The recent researching progress of Bi 2O 3 based solid electrolyte used for SOFC was summarized.The general properties of Bi 2O 3 based solid electrolyte was discussed, then the detail review of the study on resistance against ageing and deterioration was presented. The emphasis was the effect of doping materiels on the electrical conductivity. Several important aspects which should be paid more attention to in the future was suggested.
