| 摘 要： | 着力探讨如何对火力计划进行合理抽象的评估，以建立能够适应联合火力打击的火力计划量化评估模型。通过对火力计划进行深入分析，将总体毁伤效能指数和已用武器总价值2个指标进行整合，构建火力计划评估模型．其中依据联合火力打击行动的战略目的、指挥员的意图和作战阶段等因素对火力计划评估模型进行灵活的主观赋权，解决了非结构化要素的量化问题，具有较好的军事应用前景。
