空天预警侦察信息分析及融合模型研究

摘    要:基于特征层的混合式空天预警侦察信息融合模型,含平时和战时2种工作模式。首先,空天预警侦察平台对战场环境进行实时预警侦察。平时模式下,空天预警侦察信息经预处理后传输到各自信息融合中心进行目标特征提取,然后传输到空天预警侦察信息融合中心进行特征层属性融合和属性判决,再将情报信息发送给各军兵种指控中心;战时模式下,包含目标的空天预警侦察信息在预处理后由各自信息融合中心直接传输到空天预警侦察信息融合中心进行融合和判决后发送给各军兵种指控中心,指控中心向火控系统下达作战命令并向空天预警侦察系统下达目标侦察任务对打击效果进行评估。

Abstract:Mixed fusion model of space and air early warning and reconnaissance information based on feature layer consists of peacetime mode and wartime mode. At first, the space and air early warning and reconnaissance platform carry out real-time early warning and reconnaissance for battlefield environment. At normal mode, after pretreatment, different information is transferred to separated information fusion center for object feature extraction; then, transfer the information into space and air early warning and reconnaissance information fusion center for feature layer attribute fusion and attribution judgment; after that, send the information to different arms of services command & command center. At wartime mode, after pretreatment, information includes targets, through separated information fusion center, is direct transferred into space and air early warning and reconnaissance information fusion center for feature layer attribute fusion and attribution judgment. The command & control center sends the campaign command to firepower control system and sends reconnaissance command to space and air early warning and reconnaissance system for evaluating attack efficiency.
