基于层次分析模糊综合评判法的后勤指挥效能评估

摘    要:后勤指挥效能评估采用多层次模糊综合评判方法.先建立指标体系框架,再运用层次分析法,通过构造判断距阵、计算各判断矩阵最大特征值和特征向量、计算最大特征根、一次性检验等步骤确定权重.其评判采用二级模糊综合方法,先建立因素集、评语集及权重集,再进行单因素评判,建立模糊关系矩阵,最后进行多级模糊综合评价.

Abstract:logistics command used to assess the effectiveness by the way of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It is first to establish indicators framework, then use the Analytic Hierarchy Process, by constructing a judgment matrix to calculate the maximum eigenvalue of the matrix and vector features, the largest eigenvalue calculation, a one-time inspection steps to determine the weights. 2 fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to its first building sets. Weights and collect comments set another single-factor evaluation and create a fuzzy relationship matrix. Finally, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is given.
