变频调速技术在煤气厂高压排风机中的应用

摘    要:针对煤气厂煤气输送系统的节能降耗,应用变频调速技术对高压排风机进行改造,即用1台高压变频器驱动D350风机调速运转,改变过去的阀门节流调节方式为风机变速调节方式,针对工况流量改变风机转速,消除阀门上的节流损失,解决大循环回流问题,节约电能.

Abstract:Frequency conversion and timing technology is applied to improve the pressure exhaust fan, to save energy and decrease consumption in the gas transportation of gasworks. A high-voltage transducer is used to drive D350 fan. Regulative mode is changed from throttle valve to ventilator's shift adjustment. The rotate speed of ventilator is altered according to the operation conditions, which can eliminate the loss coursed by throttle of the valve, and solve problems of circumfluence while save electric energy.
