开放式数控系统技术研究与实现

开放式数控技术是当前的发展方向，具有CNC＋PC和PC＋运动控制器2种基本结构，并以数控车床“银河CNC”为例，讨论了开放式数控技术硬软件的实现过程，该数控系统采用PC＋MC运动控制器结构。包括控制软件、运动控制器、驱动器及其接口和伺服电机、机床本体等，MC以DSP和CPLD技术实现，其系统软件是一个专用的多任务计算机系统，采用界面层、功能单元层、支撑层三层体系结构。插补由上下位机协调完成，上位机（PC）完成运动轨迹的分解，下位机（MC）完成直线和圆弧插补过程控制，直线插补采用梯形曲线模式，圆弧插补采用李沙育图形原理。

Research and Implement of Open CNC system

The technology of Open CNC is the trend of development nowadays. It has two basic structures of CNC+PC and PC+MC. Taking CNC machine YHCNC for example, the process of the realization for hardware of the Open CNC system was discussed. And the structure of PC+MC motion controller has been used in this CNC system,it includes control software,motion controllers, drivers and interface, as well as servo motors and machine foundation, etc. MC was realized with the technology of DSP and CPLD. Its system software is a special multitasking computer system that has three lays of architecture of interface lay, function units and supporting lay. Interpolation is fulfilled in the harmonization of the PC and MC. The master (PC) completes the analysis for the track of the movements, while the slave (MC) completes the control of the interpolation process for the line and arc. The line interpolation adopts trapezium mode,and the arc interpolation adopts the principle of Lissajous Pattern.
