复杂电磁环境下炮兵指挥信息系统面临的问题及对策

摘    要:炮兵现有指挥信息系统存在着指挥关系单一、指挥体制“纵长横短”、信息含量低、智能化程度不高等问题。同时,复杂电磁环境对其生存能力和自身效能的发挥也构成较大的威胁。通过创新炮兵指挥信息系统建设、提高炮兵指挥信息系统的起点、强化炮兵信息指挥人才培养等措施,提高复杂电磁环境下炮兵指挥信息系统的生存能力。
