一种炮兵快速精准作战能力评估的方法

针对信息化条件下炮兵作战的新要求,分析影响炮兵快速精准作战能力的因素,建立基于层次结构的评估指标体系,运用层次分析法确定评估指标的权重系数,通过灰色理论计算综合评估值。采用层次分析法求出权重后,进行了算例分析。结果表明,该方法能最大限度地发挥炮兵快速精确作战能力,提高炮兵部队的建设水平。

A Method of Combat Efficiency Evaluation for Artillery Performance
