| Abstract: | The Information management system for all lifecycle of investment item based on fixed assets consists of item prophase, planned dispatching, implementing process, statistic, functional analyzing, law and rule of law manages etc. The implementing object of the system involves information sharing, network handle official business, criterion manage, item control and scientific decision-making. The functional design of the system is divided into designs of main body, manage module, data flaw analysis, and item prophase, plan, process control etc. |
