火工品自动称装药技术控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对国内火工品以手动人工生产为主、自动化程度低、人员众多、产品一致性差的问题,笔者研究了一种自动称装药的控制技术.项目利用PLC自由口通信技术、逻辑控制技术、故障诊断技术、数据记录查询、称装药并行工作技术等实现了点火管的自动称量和装配.该技术目前已用于国内某厂点火管自动装配生产线上.应用结果表明:该技术实现了精确称量以及危险区域的人机隔离和安全生产,保证了产品的一致性,节约了人力资源.

Abstract:For Chinese initiating explosive device is given priority to with manual production, the low automation degree, many operators, poor product consistency, research a control system of automatically weighing and charging. This project takes advantage of free port communication technology based on PLC, logic control technology, data record and query, weighing and charging gunpowder work in parallel technology to realize automatically weighing and charging of the ignition tube. The technology has been applied in a Chinese plant ignition tube automatically assemble production line. Application results show that the technology has realized the accurate weighing and dangerous area of man-machine isolation and production safety, ensured the consistency of product, and saved human resources.
