摘    要:基于电影经纬仪的运动目标数字图像测量系统由CCD传感器、图像采集和处理等分系统组成,采用数字图像采集及处理技术对高速运动目标跟踪测量.CCD传感器采集的图像信号经数字信号处理器(DSP)实时处理,通过SCSI协议记录到高速SCSI设备上.经过图像均衡、滤波、平滑、伪彩等多种图像处理和亚像素定位和目标跟踪识别,可获得精确的测量结果数据.

Abstract:The High-speed Real-time digital image measure system based on the cine-theodolite is composed with the CCD-sensor, the digital image acquisition and image processing subsystems. The high-speed kinetic object was tracked and measured with digital image acquisition and process technology. The real-time image signal gathered by CCD-Sensor was processed with DSP (digital signal processor), and then recorded on SCSI device by SCSI protocol. Finally, the system can obtain precise measure data through image equilibrium, filtering, smoothing and pseudo-color etc preparative processes, sub-pixel locating and object tracking and identification.
