细深组合盲孔精加工刀具的有限元分析

摘    要:针对不锈钢零件的细深组合盲孔精加工刀具,在分析刀具刚度对加工精度的影响基础上,采用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元分析.其刀具刚度有限元模型根据刀杆的材料和结构建立,载荷为刃口的三向切削力,刀具柄部约束为固支,通过求解刀杆的变形及应力分布,优化设计出满足加工要求的高刚性刀具.

Abstract:Aiming at finish machining tool for long-deep blind holes combination of stainless steel parts, based on analyzing rigidity of machining tool influencing upon machining precision, the Finite element analysis(FEA) of tools rigidity was made with ANSYS software. The finite element model was established according as the material and structure of tool, load was used as three way cutting force of blade, tool petiole as fixed bracket, then, distortion and stress distributing of tool haulm was computed. High rigidity tool that can satisfy machining requests was designed.
